National Inter-varsity Student design & modeling competition 2009 is IME 4th design competition open for undergraduates who currently study full-time diploma or degree courses at institutions of higher learning education recognized by the Malaysia Government. The objective of the competition is to promote innovation in 3 D Mechanical design using SolidWorks in Institutes of Higher Learning, to discover design & Modeling talents and unleash creativity among Malaysian undergraduate students. The National Inter-Varsity Student Design & Modeling Competition 2009 will feature students using SolidWorks® software to design a variety of products that could improve the environment, with a design scope of “Design for Environment”. The Participants are required to create 3D Model or product that helps to reduce waste, various types of pollutions, heat & Save Energy.
