IME is pleased to invite customers to exhibit in the Mini Career Fair in conjunction with IME Design Competition finals on 18th December 2014. Both Mini Career Fair and IME Design Competition pursue two aims:
- To let customers to identify and recruit talents.
- To offer talents the opportunity for a better insight into their engineering career.
Malaysia produces thousands of graduates per year, but as we are all too well aware, demand for high-skill talent is now growing faster than supply.
IME has been trying to address the talent issue in local design and manufacturing industry by becoming the gateway between organisations and students. IME has been actively associating with education institutions through several initiatives, for instance, CADCAM Training and Certification Program, Job Placement Program and IME Design Competition to reduce the gap between education learnings and commercial applications, ultimately increase students’ employability in Malaysia.
The first Mini Career Fair, as one of IME’s initiatives, enabling customers to engage with students, to look for talented and enthusiastic local rising star. This Mini Career Fair has highly targeted visitors as most students are SOLIDWORKS and/or CATIA user. Customers may introduce their company profiles, post available vacancies and obtain students’ resume in this face-to-face networking.
Due to limited space at the venue, IME can only offer this to selected customers to scout for potential talents, on first come first served basis. If you would like to join this meaningful event to meet the talent of tomorrow, please reserve a booth space with us via email@example.com.
