Did you know that you can use your output of flow simulation in your static stress analysis? The flow impact of the flow simulation can be imported and applied to your static analysis. So you can see the impact of the applied wind load on the stress.
In this example, we conducted a flow simulation analysis.
Flow Simulation Analysis
After that, we create a new static study. In the study properties for our static analysis, under “Flow/ Thermal Effects” and “Flow Pressure Options”, we include fluid pressure effects from SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation and from the drop down list you can select the Flow study you want to import from if you have more than one flow study.

Flow effects are applied as a load under the external loads and you can run the static analysis to see the results.
